Private Energy Market Fund L.P. and JSC “Đilumos űkio servisas” - the founders of the Company.

Đilumos űkio servisas - not private capital Comapany was established in 1997 due to the reorganization of JSC “Lietuvos energija”. The company provides technical – consultation services in the area of the district heating.

The main purpose of New Heat activities – to understand the Client’s daily problems in energy production and consumption, to find the ways how to solve these problems, and finance the implementation of the projects, paying the big attention to the efficiency of the energy production and consumption, reduction of the emissions, reliability of energy supply, improvement of the infrastructure and the systems exploitation features.
We provide the total complex of the services staring with selection of the most economically and technically based solution up to the project’s implementation to the “turnkey” and its financing.
New Heat performs the technical and financial analysis of the project, the technical supervision and control of the implementation, so the risk of the project’s implementation is minimized.
We are still closely cooperating with our Clients even after the project’s implementation and we are performing the monitoring as well. }
